The lottery was pay to enter including very few tapestrys plus several Fairy Tail pins, keychains, and smaller items. These were very rarely won by only a handful of people in Japan. There are not many official Fairy Tail tapestrys or posters in Japan at all, so one full of best girls is the holy grail for Fairy Tail fans.
